3. Membership, Events & Participation

Memberships are non‑transferable.

Event registration is required, including for free events.

Paid memberships, sponsorships and event fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

BHB reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community standards or disrupts events.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself or your business.

• Harass, spam or aggressively solicit other members.

• Engage in unlawful, unethical or disruptive behaviour.

• Record or redistribute event content without permission.

Violations may result in removal from events or termination of membership without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, materials and digital assets provided by BHB are the property of Business Helping Business LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use BHB content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through secure third‑party providers.

BHB does not store credit card or payment details.

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to services.

7. No Guarantee Disclaimer

BHB provides networking and educational opportunities only. We do not guarantee business growth, leads, revenue, partnerships or specific outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

BHB is not liable for:

• Business losses or missed opportunities.

• Actions, statements or services of other members or sponsors.

• Event cancellations, delays or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

9. SMS Terms of Service

Program Name

BHB Alerts – automated SMS messages that provide appointment confirmations, reminders and occasional event notifications to individuals who have opted in. Messages are sent from our U.S. 10‑digit phone number.

Opting In

Customers opt in by submitting their phone number through our website form and checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Messages are recurring and frequency varies depending on your engagement with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless provider if you have questions about your plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any BHB SMS message. After we process your request, we will send one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

Rejoining

If you wish to resubscribe, submit the opt‑in form again or text START to the sending number and we will resume sending SMS messages.
